What's included in a weekly pool cleaning?
Eight steps every visit: surface skim, wall and tile brush, floor vacuum, skimmer and pump basket empty, 6-point chemistry test, chlorine/pH/alkalinity balance, equipment inspection, and a photo + chemistry report delivered to the Poolside app.
How long does a weekly visit take?
Most visits run 30–45 minutes, depending on pool size and conditions. You don't need to be home — we just need gate or pool access.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our customers aren't. As long as we have gate or pool access, you'll get a full photo report in the app the moment we leave.
Are chemicals included in my weekly price?
Yes. Standard chlorine, pH balancers, and stabilizers are included in your weekly price. Specialty treatments like algae shock or salt cell cleaning are optional add-ons.
What happens if my pool turns green between visits?
Our 'Never Green' Guarantee covers it. If your water turns green on our watch, we're back within 48 hours and fix it on us — no questions asked.
Can I pause or skip a week if I'm out of town?
